He is well versed in architectural accessibility, the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. As a wheelchair user himself, Jim is also available for peer counseling during the home buying process. He knows transportation, adaptive equipment, and other area resources beneficial to your home purchase planning needs. He holds a Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Massachusetts.
